The first time it was easy. I couldn’t understand why I had issues doing this again. But the Staff walked me through it. Thank you ladies. Then I have problems paying for it . I tried several times , but the about the fifth time I have to manually typed my address in. Then it went through.Can’t wait …… I was very pleased with the first set.

Do not order from this company unless you’re willing to have your card charged but the company and app having no confirmation or history of me placing an order. BUT if you reach out to customer service you can “chat” with someone who replies every 20 mins and gives you no answer. I have received these as a gift and loved them but I will never order them again for someone due to horrible customer service and support

I’ve been ordering since 2018 to mixtiles and i love all of them! Even if i have a minor problem to my order they always accommodate right away! And my choice for a Christmas gifts to my loved ones!
