I love the product, I saw them at a relative’s house and added it to my Christmas list. Where to enter the gift certificate code was a bit of a challenge, there’s no information on the gift card FAQ that promo code and gift code are the same.

Had this app and loved it. Super easy to us and pictures came out great. Went to use it after a few months and it won’t load. Even deleted the app and reloaded it. Still won’t open. Very sad.
