Customer service – Mixtiles - Photo Tiles Review

I ordered my first set of 12 Mixtiles last month. One showed up with minor damage so I emailed the company and promptly heard back detailing what my options were - replacement mailed to me free of charge or refund my cc. As a busy mom of 3, I forgot to respond to them. Within a week they checked back in with me to see how I’d like to resolve the problem. That’s what all customer service should be like. I already placed my second order last week.
