Love the ray

Wish the company would work on updates and bug fixes more often. I see the last time was 10 months ago. With the last Apple update my ray is having a hard time syncing. Please provide consistent support

The app has a problem, hence 4 stars. I have the app on two iPads, iPod touch, and iPhone. My phase wouldn’t synch. I got tech support, and was told to go to settings/bluetooth, and remove my phase from all devices but one. I did this. Now, it synchs each time I open the app on my iPad. I think this is a bug that should be fixed. I want to be able to synch with any device. Also, I want to see the battery life as a percentage. It is a percentage on my old devices, but not on my iPhone SE 2020, or a new iPad. For this reason, I sync it on my old iPad. Otherwise, I love my Phase. It looks nice, it tells the correct time, and tracks my steps accurately.

Since misfit blocked access to their site there are no terms and conditions or privacy policy accessible to users. I would like to know how a company uses my information and if they sell it My device step count is inaccurate. I’ve been using misfit devices for over 5 years. The purchase of the Ray and the use of the app have been a disappointment and the complete opposite of my previous experiences.

The first year was pretty good then it stopped syncing and even with fresh batteries it doesn’t work well. It was a gift but I feel like I need to purchase something different. Something that will stay working and is consistent.

I used Misfit for a few years and it worked fine until last year. The app hasn’t received an update in a year, the Misfit website is down, and a Google search shows Fossil sold the Misfit fitness tracking tech to Google last year. It’s been a good run, but I think Misfit wearables and this app are done.

I love it, and it helps me and it gives me motivation and it tracks my sleep/rest period and my activity level..i would recommend to everyone to get..it’s a simple device and it’s worth the price

I have no idea if this app is still updated but the triple tap feature for the misfit ray isn’t changeable. I know that the ray is no longer made but it’s my favorite minimalist activity tracker and I would love to use this function again.

The website is down. No new products anymore. And the misfit app get no more updates. They are out of business
