Love love my little pet cam!

It’s wonderful to be able to check up on my senior golden doodle of 15 years. It’s comforting knowing that I can converse with him through this amazing little device while I’m away from home. I feel confident knowing he’s doing fine when I can peep in on him as often as I’d like. Thanks for this great little camara!? Just one question… my camara used to be in color mode. However, since a recent update, it is now in black & white only. Is there a glitch? Thank you for responding and explaining that it’s black and white when at night. However, it’s black and white in daylight and at night, AM and PM.

I hate the auto rotate views, please allow option to disable!

For the iPad, the app auto rotates the screen view when selecting a camera. This is very annoying, please disable for the iPad version!

Can’t access settings

After the recent update, I cannot access the settings of the cameras. It is just a blank, white screen. Please fix ASAP!

I have used this application for several years. I try to be as positive as I can. However, I feel nervous to upgrade this app as, quite often, the upgrade creates problems than just fixing poor features. The two recent upgrades broke the connection to my non-Fujikam camera. What a disappointment. I can’t recommend this app to any non-Fujikam user.

I just bought the cloud and this thing hasn’t recorded since the 2 new of December what the heck and there is no thing to contact them or customer supports

Problems with downloading videos

Since i am a iPad and Mac OS X user, I have had difficulties downloading the videos. Very satisfied with the camera, but not the ability to download the videos. I installed the Mac OSX application and it controls the camera satisfactory, but attempt to download it asks for a download path with the default in a PC format. Tried various entires without success. The Mac application does have a nice feature in splitting the recoding lengths optionally into 5 minute segments. Another problem is there is no SD card export application for the Mac OSX system but there is one for PCs. Inserting the SD card in the Mac shows the card as unreadable, so could not download that way. When trying to download to the iPad, it is unsuccessful. Seems as though the support is mainly for PC users. Mac users are second class citizens. There is another problem that Kamtron does not have any support contact at least not easy to find. No change as of 12/08/2021!

The only flaw/problem I’m having is reconnecting my two cameras. Before I moved apartments my cameras stopped connecting to the network. I did everything I could to reset both but no luck. Now I’m sitting here at my new place watching YouTube videos to see if I missed anything. I’m on the right Wi-Fi and I deleted the cameras in the app to reconnect them. Overall I really like how simple the app is and the talking option is pretty cool.

THIS APP THAT PAIRS TO MY DEVICE IS ALL CRAP. So freaking COMPLICATED ITS NOT WORTH IT…. I bought another cheap device and hook up to my cell cam was way easier. This app is a huge regret and disappointment to the max. Waste of money buying the device that links to this app…

This app is slow, constantly shutting your cameras down, constantly out of network or service and troubleshooting does not work. I would not recommend. Find a higher rated app.
