Really like the app

I use the camera and app for a baby monitor. It works great. I love the night vision option and that it will automatically transition depending on the lighting. The app itself is a little difficult to use. Not hard to figure out, but it doesn’t flow nicely and isn’t very visually appealing. The functionality is great. I do think videos and pictures should be saved to the phone or tablet rather than a folder within the app. There are some spelling issues within the app. When taking a photo, the word “Snapshotting” only has 1 T at the moment. It needs 2. (Sorry, I have been an editor for many years!) I think a picture-in-picture option would be beneficial so users can access other apps on their phones or tablets but still see camera.
Scheduled Record Ruined with last update

Had worked just fine for setting up specific record times. With update now has at home time, going out time, scrunched together days of the week, makes no sense and doesn’t appear to save anything. Have no idea now how this supposed to work. When you try to enter a time it asks you to set time to repeat when both time fields already have values. Before it had options to set time to the minute, now just on the hour. Change it back, terrible update.
Motion notifications don't work

The motion notifications will work for a week and then just stop working. I haven't changed any settings
Confusing
i dont understand why nickname
Since the update, the settings for the cameras are confusing. They won't set the right times for recordings. Alarms are random, when they work. App is very slow and many times I need to force close it to get it to respond. please bring back the old version till you work out the bugs or is there an alternate app to use?
Unreliable Functions

Used this app for about a year with minimal problems. Developer has released an update that makes most of the additional functions useless. Notifications and recordings no longer work. Additionally there's no way to contact the manufacturer as website and app don't execute the feedback loop. Would prefer the old version come back. Unless you open the app to view its environment, its pretty much a useless app.

I bought the camera when my daughter was born for a baby monitor. It worked okay at first. The app keeps crashing or “video failure”. This has caused me so much anxiety and sleepless nights because I cannot see my child. If you are going to market it as able to be a baby monitor it needs TO FUNCTION ALLLLLL NIGHT LONG. YES, it is nice that you can have it on your phone not on a single monitor so multiple people can see it from anywhere. But it is nice TO ACTUALLY SEE WHAT IS ON THE CAMERA.

Ive been using this app for several years with my security camera and I can no longer record. Ive emailed several times and cant get any type of help.
