Had the camera for about six months and am very happy with the cam itself. However, the app is super buggy. At this point, recording at motion detection does not work anymore. Motion detection notifications come in but since August, it records have been taken. Have rebooted and reset several times. Awful.

The camera works great, can’t get 12/24 hour to go to 12 hr setting.Also can’t pause the recorded video, it just restarts when you hit pause.These need fixed, also needs and adjustments of motion detector time of recording so you can make it record longer than like 10-15 seconds!

Every time I open the app and try to access the camera I get this stupid message, I have done the most recent update and it hasn’t fixed the problem! This is the message: Tip abnormal your app last exception exit whether to send an error report to the server. What the hell does that even mean??? Also, it won’t let me record anything on my SD card. When I try to then I go to my folder it just immediately exits me from the app altogether! Help!!!

Not sure why others have had so many issues. I’ve had no issues and every aspect of the App has worked perfectly. Granted, it does take a little time to set up WiFi, but it has never failed me.

I cannot open the camera for full view anymore! I’m also getting hundreds of alerts - and now I cannot live view!

Not sure why others are having such issues. Ive had these cameras for a few years now, adding a couple along the way. Ive found set up very easy. I can view from anywhere. Is it perfect? No. There have been times a camera goes offline and I have to reboot it and it works again. Usually the same camera. I have 1 in each of my two kids rooms and honestly cant think of a time they didnt work. Sometimes theyre slow or you need to open and close app but I chalk that up to slow internet. If you have 4 ipads, a couple of alexas, 2 phones, a smart TV or 4 and a bunch of wifi cameras all trying to use bandwith, yeah, your speed may be affected. But overall for the price, theyre well worth it. If youre expecting a high tech security system, you will be disappointed. This is essentially a glorified baby monitor and app to watch kids and pets. Sure you can use it to watch your home, but neither the app nor the cameras are really designed for that. I do have 2 pointed at the front door and driveway and they work fine but I dont rely on them as a primary security feature. Odds are if youre having problems with cameras, app, set up etc its your fault or an issue with your internet, not the app or camera. Im nowhere near a tech genius and I figured it out without having to seek any help
