I have had this for three days followed instructions it has never hooked , impossible to contact anyone for assistance , I completed the form for assistance it will not send , aggravated I just might send it back

Great app and easy to set up and use but it’s missing 1 thing. Not sure if it’s an app or camera issue.......what’s missing is a fast forward and rewind option. This would make going though the recorded videos so much faster and more efficient.

I am lost without this camera. For the most part it did exactly what I needed it to do. I spent twice as much for this camera as others that were offered as I needed a good one. Now that I've had it a year, it won’t even connect to WiFi, which basically rendered it USELESS. WASTE OF MONEY, DONT BUY.

After the latest update it's literally only Good for watching live bc it won't record to my SD card when it detects motion or even alert me. Which was the main reason I bought it as a security camera for when I'm out of town.

I’m trying to add the camera to the app and it won’t add. I can’t even notify the developer. I may have to return the camera since the app isn’t working. This is very disappointing. ?

Note first that many people reviewing the camera on Amazon – using this software – have noted that the security is virtually nonexistent. This is a Chinese company. Unplug the camera if you don’t want things screamed to who-knows-where. This app/camera are a pain to set up. The instructions seem clear but things hang, and the interface is not intuitive. The motion alert is virtually always set off by sun coming in the window or a cloud going by, even with the sensitivity set so low it misses a human walking through the room. Pretty much just good as a nanny cam. I am using the Vimtag 361 camera. Hopefully the newer ones are better.
