Yeah, I should have used paper…absolutely ridiculous how they get away with stuff. I made a few really good brainstorming and developed quite a bit until I couldn’t open any of them anymore. Be warned. I will keep looking…same thing happened with XMind (the desktop version was great and I used successfully many years ago) but xmind on iPhone 13 just didn’t work.
Customer Service makes this app a bad buy

I purchased this back in 2017 and used it on and off for years. Recently they changed their subscription policy and my old app wasn’t working . I reached out to support for help and was basically given information easily available on their website that didn’t answer my question. Then they just stopped responding. I wish I’d never purchased this app
paid and now it doesn't work

paid for the app when it came out. now it just doesn't work today and wants to pay to unlock. why did i pay the firsttime?

Immediately uninstalled. App is “free” to download but makes you pay $15 to use it (on iPhone) & $40 to use on Mac. They should be more up front about this and just make you pay to download.
Great app, but virtually useless in the Enterprise

I’ve been using the app for a long time, and let me tel you that it is beautiful, feature rich, simply awesome, and completely useless in Enterprises where Windows desktops are the norm. I basically end up taking screenshots and manually orchestrating changes; and most of the times, because of this, switch to an alternative tool that supports both Windows, iOS, and macOS. It’s really a shame because I feel bad giving this tool a 3 star rating. I will update it to 5 if they fill the Windows void.
It’s so much more expensive with little added to last major app

I even liked the look of the older one. I love this app and using it. But I thought it would be an exciting upgrade especially that you have to upgrade both Mac and iOS app separately for so much money and the additions are not all that worth it. And who knows the next upgrade might be a different app altogether all over again. How many times do we have to shell out 50$ to get the newest app when everyone else does the updates for free. But I do love the app tho
