Customer Service makes this app a bad buy – MindNode - Mind Map & Outline Review

I purchased this back in 2017 and used it on and off for years. Recently they changed their subscription policy and my old app wasn’t working . I reached out to support for help and was basically given information easily available on their website that didn’t answer my question. Then they just stopped responding. I wish I’d never purchased this app
