I have never found any software that matches my brain as perfectly as MindNode does. I guess I think in the way things relate to one another, so I use MindNode for my monthly calendar, for keeping shopping lists by store (until I'm ready to place an order), for keeping contact lists by type of relationship (family, businesses, friends, doctors, etc.) I then keep phone #, address, cost (for taxis, fees, minimum charge), any other notes. There they are, all in one place, whatever I might need and I can easily add anything else when I think of it. Useful for keeping types of exercises in one place, or keeping list of things for a job search - anything. At present I have 20 or 30 different documents and couldn't manage without then. The latest version lets me sync between my different devices and decide what documents I want on which device. Does everything I need in the way I want. Fits my brain perfectly.

Using a mind map application on the phone? Is that possible? With this application it is. I have used my share of mind mapping applications, and I have to say I love mind node. I haven't given up the other applications. There are times for other applications. But mind node is simple, easy to use, elegant, and works well with iCloud sharing. I love using it on the iPad and on the Mac and going back-and-forth. Thanks for a great app! I appreciate the updates to inserting photos (which I do often) and everything just seems smoother and to flow better. Sweetness!

SIMPLE MEETS POWER.... A FANTASTIC APPLICATION FOR THE APPLE WORLD I've tried all the major mind mapping tools out there and as someone who lives in the Apple eco-system, MindNode on iPhone, iPad, and Mac is fantastic. I'm in my masters program and taking notes from multiple resources and making connections visually is fantastic. I also had a usage question, and they emailed me back within a couple days with the RIGHT answer, not just a article or suggestion on how to find my answer (since I had looked through their FAQ).

The latest additions to this app make it truly great. I love the new search feature. Can't wait for vertical layouts, which are coming this summer. My original review follows... I have purchased many apps over the years but this by far is one of the best. In addition to using it for brainstorming, I also use it for presentations, note taking and more. The sync is perfect. The iCloud versions feature (which lets you roll back to an earlier save) is fantastic and I wish it was offered by more apps. Well worth the purchase. Really excellent.
