was really enjoying the app and felt like I was learning. has a sort of duolingo feel with a slightly less academic vibe. graphically neat and easy to follow. only thing is- $50 a year? I can't justify spending that on something that's at most a casual hobby and at least something to pick up and mess with every week or so. unless you have the time to really sit down, everyday, for maybe an hour or two and *learn*, this app just isn't worth it. props to the developers for a great idea and great app- they deserve some profit, but asking so much is going to deter it

Horrible awful, Horri-awful. I wanted it to be like a foreign language tutor, but for learning code this app is horriawful. Probably great if you are under the age of 10. One star.

I love computers and I was super excited to learn code from this app. I finished the first chapter of the first lesson, and then it says that if I want to be able to learn the other chapters and the other lessons I have to pay $5! Rip Off!

Saw in the title "learn how to code on your iPhone" and got really excited. I downloaded the app and got started with Java and within 5 minutes the app was telling me to get on a computer.

I tried the Java class and the intro section simply doesn't explain clearly enough to understand why you're going through the motions. To what end am I writing this snippet or command?

I took the first two courses and I loved it, but you can't get a 1 month subscription!! Only a 1 year! I don't want to pay 50 bucks on a app, I would probably do a 1 month subscription because it only cost 4.17... I'm sad because I just spent 2 hours learning basic code and now can't do anything with it because it cost 50 freakin bucks!! I would love the app is you could add in 1 month subscriptions...

So, I think this app shouldn't be free, mainly because the chapters they give you for free, you only get the Intro. This app makes you pay for everything else. Pretty poor if you ask me

Love this little app. It's a great way to learn the basics of a language before moving into actual programming. Also, the team was quick to reply and helpful when I had questions and feedback. Definitely worth the price buy the premium version.
