Look people the game does move on, I’m at level 91 and waiting for the game to up grade so we can get on with the game ! When you reach 91 then you can complain if you haven’t been beat by the game!
Having trouble downloading the game the past few days! Don't know what the issues are. Please help!

After the last upgrade the game just pooped out. It say to upgrade and when I go to do that, it brings me to the app and the only chose I have is to open not upgrade. It’s been doing this for several days now and I can’t get in. Please let me now what I can do to get back in the game or I will have to delete it. It’s in your court now. What will you do to fix it.

Love this game it’s the one I go to most. ❤️ I have never paid to play , you can go to your inventory & sell items that you don’t need . I wish they would fix what ever they are working on because I miss playing.

Was asked to download new content and after doing so can no longer finish the install. It reports “Your save has been updated to a later version of the game. Download the latest version to continue playing.” keeps taking me back to the App Store and and then *poof* nothing. I followed all of the help recommendations to no avail.

The game can be played without giving the developers any money, but if you don’t they make it as long and boring as possible. If you plan on finishing in less than a year, you’ll end up paying them hundreds of $. No, I’m not exaggerating and, yes, they are that greedy. Plus they cheat — all the in-game extras (where you can earn extra currency, goods, etc.) are actively rigged against you. If you do install, prepare to be upset. The developers screwed up their latest update, so no one playing on an iOS device can play anymore. So, tens of thousands of hours and tens of thousands dollars wasted by the players, and no fix in sight.

I was finally able to access the server and therefore my game. I can tell No Difference from before the update and after the update. Not worth the Haskell of updating.

I know games should be challenging but when you go days and weeks without get the items you need it becomes extremely frustrating. Case in point unique stamps! You can’t buy them, the only ways to get them is if someone sends you one or through the puzzles. You should be able to get them through hos or feeding pets, no luck. I know they are unique but I think they’re extinct! I love this game but the aggravation is getting to much to want to play anymore.

I've been enjoying this game for almost a year now, but not every time I log in it’s giving me an update message and that it needs more mb to load. I say yes, but it continues to try and update, with cute messages that castles aren’t built in days, can I wait. I’m frustrated that I am not able to play. Today it tells me to wait to even load. Not happy
