My name is Stella Kinsey, game name is Luckylady i2696394. I have been playing this game for five years, and I love it. The last update almost killed me. Waited almost 2 mothers. Now I'm happy again.

Love this game...but the new update is not that great...the concept is good but you can't get the golden keys because you can't find the magic shards & without the keys you cannot open the areas of your own room....please don't always make it so hard to find these new items! Plus do you really need to charge sooo many coins to open a new area?? I am write this after seeing you still charge outrageous amounts of coins to enter new areas...would really love to play more, but not going to spend any more money!ok I am adding this after still playing.. It seems that now the only way to get into new areas is to spend even more than before!!! I would love to continue to play but can't afford it anymore! SAD!!! well, here I am back again writing to tell you after your last update I can no longer get the game to open! This happens every time you update! I should not have to wait to be able to play after each time you change things! Please help me out as I love to play this game and do to health problems am stuck in bed most of the time and it really helps me pass the time itch enjoyment! Here I am again. I always gave 4 or 5 stars but you have not fixed the problem! I can no longer open my game ever sense I got the last update. We go through this every time you update and I would really like to get back in there and play! I tried the website you suggested but it will not open either! Please help!!!! Well, as much as I love this game, I will reduce my number of stars to 1 because ever since the last update I can no longer even open my app. I hav checked everything on my iPad and it is not the problem. I checked your website and that did not help! This happened to me one other time so I deleted the game and reloaded which made me have to start all over and spend way too much money trying to catch back up. I want to continue playing this game but I refuse to have to delete and restart from the beginning!

I was ready to quit this game then I stumbled on a Facebook group dedicated to helping and answering questions. What a difference this made! I added friends and the gifts started coming in, the admins answered my many questions. Then the Spring Event happened, so much fun! Soon I was leveling up and earning coins much easier. This is not a game to rush through, relax, enjoy the graphics and click away. If you do download this game don’t give up, join the Facebook group and you will be hooked!

I got to level 86 and needed an update from the Adrian character. Never got one and was told by BigFish that was highest level I could get to. Why then the update being shown?

I have been playing this game for a very long time and I am getting very unhappy with it. It takes weeks, months to make any progress. I now need more than 60,000 coins to make progress in 6 of the areas. It takes forever to open a new area. I am so unhappy with this “thing” I want to stop playing. I play every day, but know it is NOT something I enjoy anymore.
