Did most recent update, got to level 76 and over 1,461,00 points and 1,200 plus diamonds played for over an hour and lost progress taking me back down to what I started with. Has happened before but was livable but this is unacceptable. Opened support request but will not play anymore until problem fixed.

NO STARS. MINUS NO STARS. It was a fun hidden object game—past tense. Night mode on a small phone screen is USELESS. I don’t want to lose my progress, so I moved the game to an obscure file far from anything I use, and rarely try to find it to play. When I do play, as soon as I hit “NIGHT MODE” I shut it down. Not worth any more time. It’s not challenging. It’s annoying and obstructive.

I told you some time ago that I don't play games that ask for items that they don't give you. I play your Midnight Castle almost every hour that I am home. That hot air balloon can sit there all day and I won't care. I won't try and get things that you won't give me. Rosemary

I liked it a lot better when it didn't crash every time I changed scenes or locations. I still enjoy the challenge but having to repeat them over again multiple times because of crashes becomes less fun. The seasonal changes are fun but I would rather have less crashes than more graphics.
Not bad except for night mode

Omg the night mode drives me crazy! Clearly they do this with the hope that you will spend money to stop it. You will never get another penny out of me. Room after room will be in this mode and it is so annoying! You want a better rating? Fix this!

I just spent 2 hours playing this game!! I had gotten really far and then the game just dropped me. When I got back on everything I had done in those 2 hours was gone. This is not the 1st time it has happened but it will probably be the last time I play this game!!

This game started out to be an enjoyable pastime, but has suddenly taken a turn for the worse! I need unique stamps to continue and the way only I’ve found to get them is to purchase purple gems and the amount needed keeps going up, what a rip off!!!
