Lovely graphics don’t make up for the greed based idea behind the game. Work your butt off trying to earn things only to find out that the items you truly need aren’t actually available through gameplay, only through purchasing the gems and coins. Go broke or delete the game, great options, huh?
Playing Christmas theme is way too long as a month AFTER Christmas.

Can’t get back into my game

I played this game now 2 times I’ve enjoyed it but both times the game has frozen me completely out. It won’t let me back in. I’ve tried to get help on getting logged back in, but need my player ID. The ID is locked inside the game. I ask how can I provide my player ID when I can’t open the game?!? I’m completely frustrated. I thought about restarting from the beginning for a third time... yet I don’t want to waste more of my time working through levels I’ve already completed 2 times. Also knowing I maybe frozen out again. I’m bummed out by the whole experience. Plus while I was able to play I enjoyed it. Which saddens me even more.

This is my favorite game to play. The only thing is I can’t download the game. My screen is black. My name in the game was Alexus. If you can’t fix it to load could you please delete the game completely so I can start over. Please help. I love playing this game. I’ve been playing it for two years. Thank you.

It keeps saying I need to download the latest version of the game, which I did yesterday. Now it keeps saying that I need to download this version, then sends me to the AppStore. Where the game simply says “open”. When I tap open, I go back to the game saying download new content, where I go around in the above circle, never getting to the game itself. So, as you can see, I can’t play the game. It never opens. Please fix this as there is no further things I can download & it won’t let me get to the game. This whole thing is a mess!

I’ve been playing this game for years, I played on my iPad at first but now my iPad won’t support the game, I have my new account on my iPhone but now there is a new version but it seems that no one is able to download it, if the new one isn’t ready yet no reason to have players suffer, we get no advance notice of the game being down, and for the players who like to buy gems, like myself, I feel like this has been a waste of time and money. I hope they get this fixed ASAP

I am on level 65 I have no characters, the only guy at the castle is telling me "He will talk to me after the next upgrade" we had 3 since I was told this. Very very frustrating. I like the game and would like to continue playing. But this is going no where fast.?
