Every time I’m listening to music on my phone and somebody calls me I answer the call and instead of the music automatically pausing (which makes 100% sense) it continues to play. Although the person on the other end can’t hear the music, you most definitely can as the sound of the music and the voice of the person you are talking to is all coming from the same speaker. You have to answer the phone before you can pause the music manually which makes you frantic as you don’t want to keep their person waiting (ie. a business call) and even if you do go that route of answering and then trying to pause the music it is a difficult task. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

The app is useless to me. None of my music is downloadable, so I can’t transfer anything from my desktop to my iPhone. Just found out about this, two months too late.

Got it working. Had to delete my temporary files in my PC. Now it works great.

The synchronize option does nothing I cannot get the songs from my one drive onto my phone making this pointless

I have music on my computer, so I try to listen to it using this horribly designed app, I can’t listen to my music because I need to use one drive and when I use one drive it doesn’t work. Awful design and stupidly complicated syncing rituals. Would give this negative stars if I could.

As an iPhone and Windows PC user, I was really looking forward to syncing my two devices without having to go through iTunes. However, there’s no easy way to directly sync the songs on your PC with the iOS app for offline listening. You have to upload the music unto OneDrive from your PC and then stream them on the Groove Music iOS app. This can be nice if you have mobile data everywhere, but if you wanna then download these songs to listen offline you have to pay for premium OneDrive services. The actual player looks like any run-of-the-mill player which doesn’t matter much but if you wanna have a seamless iOS to Windows experience, this app isn’t there yet.
