Worthless App! – MetLife US App Review

I get the MetLife email telling me that my new claim has been processed, but I continually get “claims unavailable” messages when I login to website. I have had this problem before and had to login repeatedly before I was able to open claims. If you really want a headache, call the customer service phone number (?) and try to reach the correct person to speak with you. It took 6 months to resolve payment to my dentist. We are new to MatLife, but will probably leave this company for 2018.
