The worst

Made it 30 seconds before I got an error that made zero sense. Test your apps, Facebook! Gets one star by default because I'm not allowed to give no stars.
Where to begin...

This app is predominantly useless. On multiple occasions I just put it away and waited until I could get to my computer. Lately I’ve been using it to check ad performance, but even that is abysmal, only giving the most shallow stats. And you can’t get help. Don’t bother trying. Glitches cause an ad to stop and you’re basically screwed. Build another one and hope it survives. FB ads use to be available for phone support to fix that stuff. Then it was email. Then it was messages through the help center. Now it’s nothing. I doubt they’ll even read this review. So tonight the update they pushed out went ahead and just killed the app altogether. Maybe they’re just driving the last nail into its coffin.

Lately this app has been showing me that there are 99 messages when there are none. Don’t know why that just started happening in the last couple of updates?

App used to load account info. Now nothing and wastes your time trying to.
App won’t open

This app is typically slow but now won’t even open. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading app but to no avail. Hangs at opening and is unusable.

I can’t believe how horrid this app and the entire Facebook/Instagram ads platform is. It’s confusing and they rob you for every penny in order for you to achieve any bit of success using social media for business. I get the business model, and on Facebook on the desktop, boosting posts works fine. Instagram however is tied up so bad in Facebook ads it gets so annoying to use. MAKE A SEPARATE IG ADS APP THATS BETTER THAN THIS!!!

I used to use ads manager on my phone to make quick adjustments. It wasn't very functional but could at least help a little in my ad management but now it's completely useless and doesn't load it all
