Have broken my head searching for what I did wrong in the policies, but I’ve come to the conclusion that they just don’t care. Ads “support” either takes days or NEVER REPLIES. What a shame.

For whatever reason, I end up having to delete and reinstall this app because trying to access certain views will cause it to crash. Once you try opening it again, it tries going to the same view that caused it to crash.

It’s shocking how Facebook is not able to develop a good app to manage ads from the phone. To see Campaigns data updated you need to edit the campaign for example, that’s crazy. You should look into AdWords app, that’s some serious ads manager.

This may be one of the worst applications in the FB ecosystem. The application is confusing, the instructions aren’t clear, the insights don’t tell me anything I don’t already know and don’t really give me information, just data. The graphs are generic and don’t show any substantial information and the UI is super confusing. You never know what you’re really doing. Every campaign objective is similar to each other, at least from the explanations and the whole thing is messy and feels like a bad joke.

Between trying to manage Facebook and Instagram ads, one needs a degree in Astral-Physics to make sense of this app. The desktop version is worse. Zuckerberg should hire people that understand “simplicity.”

It just crashed a lot to the point where I never actually got it to function at all for me.

We know you make money, so why are you not paying for adequate customer service support? There are so many issues that are not being acknowledged because there is no contact. PLEASE get some customer service reps. This is ridiculous.
