I can’t even load it anymore, When it worked, it never did what I wanted it too, and that’s ONLY IF it worked and wouldn’t crash constantly. This is garbage!
The worst customer support

Facebook seems completely disconnected from the people who actually pay this company by purchasing ads (unless you’re a VIP). Customer support is nonexistent. There is literally no contact information of any kind to use when you have a problem. It takes days to get a response through their help system and then they close your ticket before you can even confirm that they have fixed the problem. My account keeps getting locked for “unusual activity” with no explanation. My ads violate no policies and in fact get approved. If they spent one tenth of the effort on this that they do on tweaking the newsfeed for the millionth time, they would probably have a great service.

The latest / new version of the app had managed to remove all usefulness for someone trying to manage their ad campaigns from their phones, and what remains isn’t working properly. Will there be a separate app for coming for active campaign management and monitoring?
I can’t believe this is a Facebook app. It’s awful.

90% of the edits I try to make don’t save and have no explanation. It’s a huge disappointment.
Needs an account search function

As someone who leads a team who manages 100+ accounts, I need to be able to search for the account I need instead of scrolling through all 100 of them

How good can an app possibly be if it can’t get the code to match the one they text you? And there is no other way to get in. WASTE OF TIME!
