I don’t know why I am getting this update. I don’t have the app. I am an AT&T customer not Verizon. So, how do I get rid of this update? Also I should be able to send this without including a star. I don’t have the app so how can I rate it.
Incoming calls

The incoming calls no longer work since the last update. It also asks me repeatedly to keep re-entering my 911 address. I’ll upgrade my rating when fixed.
Anyone can use messages + (EVEN NON VERIZON CUSTOMERS)

I’m no longer a Verizon customer, but loved their messaging app. I downloaded it & when I entered my cell number, it tells me it’s “only available to consumer mobile numbers”. I entered my mobile number...why is it unavailable??

I recently switched to Verizon on an LG Android phone. When I discovered this app I thought it would solve the one thing I missed with having my iPad and old iPhone syncing text messages. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work as seamlessly as I’d like. On the iPad, contacts integration appears to be biased toward iPhone users only. Everyone I know who use uses Android phones fail to show up in my contacts list. Not even if I search for them. Just now I wanted to send someone a text and I had to go to my phone to do it because I couldn’t find their contact info on the iPad app. After sending the text from my phone I came back to the iPad and the new text is there in the list but it only has their phone# instead of their name. What’s the point in having contact list integration if your app ignores half the people in my list?
Does not work for iMessages

This app will not read iMessages which defeats the whole purpose of using it on iPhone. I called Verizon and there is no work around.

I’m afraid this is the only message ap I have used but it works quite well. Occasionally, a wrong word will be automatically finished for me but it’s not a big problem as long as you read along or proof read before you hit send. All in all, it’s a terrific app!
