This app is perfectly suited for my business needs for texting. My assistant & I use this app for our main business line on each of our phones so we can both respond to customers. I love the away auto-response feature & use it for 4 different away messages that we can set date & time to turn off. There are some delays at times but overall does what we need! Another cool thing is it saves images in a gallery & so when one of the text sticker apps I used all the time disappeared from existence, I still had all the stickers I used in the gallery! Made me so happy.

Since I have multiple mobile phone numbers, this app makes it easy to manage my texts from another phone. However, it is not always reliable. I almost never receive texts from financial institutions and websites texting me verification codes. Also, my texts between friends are spotty, sometimes with delayed sending or receiving and sometimes not sending or receiving at all.

This has to be one of the most downfalls of any apps I’ve ever seen it is a texting app and since it’s relying on the carrier because it provided by the carrier through the apple App Store. The developers of this app cannot understand or comprehend that you should actually log into Verizon and not register with Verizon so you can log into and register the device and that will provide the telephone number but it is ill-equipped for a typical back up of the hardware manufacture that resides on so when you go to restore your phone hardware from transferring from one device to the other and you can’t just move the data and log back into the app. It automatically triggers to delete all data wipes the whole database instantly Now since it’s a text this developer being paid by versizon for design really never updates with new features so your stuck with an texting app from 1984. Becomes no app wipes all of its own data any more just to log in after a hardware update or trans or just restore. Plus the database is not allowed to grow base on the size of the hardware once you quickly fill up it quirky at base 1984 limited capacity again it wipes is self clean to restart Verizon since they own the software should have another provider update this app in rich features and looks. It’s very outdated at best. Text app are so much more today since we utilize them way more than we did back in 1984 when this was not a thing of communication but now it’s at mainstay form of communication so it’s not like email work can be retained I’m really shocked that this developer hasn’t seen its own shortcomings and fix the issue instead of it just laying on the shelf for now resolved because this Has to be an AA an easy fix both of them

Verizon has always set the standard when it comes to mobile phones. I guess that’s why I am so disappointed in this app! From the start, the app was not receiving messages. The aesthetics of the app on my Mac was clunky at best. It kind of looks like something from 20+ years ago. The look of the app on my iPhone, gives a “droid” look and feel. You can change the theme of your messages, the font and background pictures, which is kind of fun and whimsical. Unfortunately, messages were not being received on the mobile app or the Mac app. Some features I loved: the ability to schedule messages. I like the ability to split messages between two groups. It would be nice if there was the ability to create custom groups for group MMS.
