Great App!! But……

I will give it 4 stars cause I have a iPhone and have the app on my phone with Verizon, but my iPad wont let me use my number it’s ok but I had to get on TextNow and create a number so now I have 2 numbers but it’s ok. I just want one number thats what took my 1 star

Can’t even use the app it will not generate a pin on my device to start the service. What a waste

It used to… I’ve changed nothing, but updated the apps on both devices when available.
App isn’t working properly

Recently I won’t get my messages until i open the app and there’s a 10 min delay for the messages to come. I originally thought it was my phone or service but my service was working perfectly on all other apps, amazing service ty verizon! I then put my sim in another device which has msg plus and still has the same problem:( so I switched to a diff messaging app and my messages were working normally. I definitely love the app that it saves all your messages and are able to use on multiple devices. I also love the public profile pic feature, most messaging apps don’t have that. Another amazing feature is the customization where it gives you a lot of cool features to customize your app look. But overall it only deserves a 2 star due to the fact that the main purpose of the app is to get your messages;)

I like the texting part of the app, but the phone call part of the app is terrible. What should be simple to use, is glitchy or non-functioning.
Junk app that used to be called bloatware

Basically junk. It’s as if someone took a WhatsApp blueprint and made it horrible. Every group text is a new group text. It sends a message to IMessage just to be sure you know. More to the point it serves no function and is late to the game.
No option to delete

There is no option to delete account in this app. Verizon’s faq points to an option that does not exist. Dumpster fire.

I can’t stand this separation on messenger! I should be able to view all my messages even if I don’t want the change made!! I’m not one who is able to complete these new things on my phone so I choose to keep what I know!
