Incomplete Conversations

Some messages in a conversation while showing up on the phone app do not show up on the iPad app.

TWO COMPLIMENTS FIRST: 1) I like the way I can schedule a text message to go out. The messaging app on my iPhone does not allow that and I don't think it did it on my android either, but Verizon does and that is a great thing! 2) I also like the ability to have different colored bubbles for the different members of the conversation. The backgrounds are also nice. TWO PROBLEMS: 1) Why isn't there a spam filter? There should be a junk folder for unrecognized text messages. 2) Also, I enlarged the font and that works great when I'm inside of a message. However when I look at the list of messages from different senders, the only thing that is enlarged is their name. The preview text underneath is still very tiny and there is no way to make that larger, evidently. Why is this not set up to correspond with the other large text?

The latest update deleted the calling feature. I can’t understand why what was working had to be screwed up.

Used this app on an Android for a few years and it was great. The iPhone version needs work. In the 1 month since switching to an iPhone, the app did not pickup 3 text messages. The messages appeared in the native Messages app, but not on this app. Luckily, I left notifications alerts enabled for both apps, so I caught the messages, but this is unacceptable. Verizon, stop adding features and make the basic functionality of a texting app work reliably. Update: Sent an email to support as requested by the developer. This app has missed about 4 more text messages in the past couple weeks. This is completely unacceptable. I have to check this app and the built-in messaging app to make sure I don’t miss anything. Will likely be uninstalling this terrible app whose core function does not work reliably.
