The app is unusable

The app will not even open. There is no update to fix this issue and deleting it and reinstalling did no good.

Up until recently I didn’t have a problem with the app but for the past week all I get is a white blank page whenever I try to open it. I have called twice and reported it only to be told it’s my phone or carrier and that they haven’t received or heard of anyone else having problems. SMH. I removed it and redownloaded it twice with the same results.

When I first downloaded the app, it was great. I was able to log in and check my account balance, check statements, make payments, etc. and time I wanted to. Over the last week or so, once I get past the front loading screen, when it gets to the account information, it’s just a blank screen. It’s funny in a way. I’m only like a month or so from hitting that point of having my card balance to increase, and all of a sudden I’m having trouble accessing my account from the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times over the last week or so that I have been having the issue, and it is still doing the same thing.

App Works, but needs more

I have no problems with the app really - you can access all account info and submit payments with ease. However, being a financial app, would really like to see push notifications for transactions. And it’s 2021 - I know you’re a smaller bank, but no reason you can’t implement Apple Pay. Would only increase your user base and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and convenience. Please!

This app is the worst. I'm calling now for the fifth time to reset password when I KNOW I'm entering most recent password but it says I'm not About to delete the app since it's worthless to pay account

Hasn't been updated in 6 months. This perfectly illustrates the quality of service provided by this application. At this point the app doesn't even open.

App worked great for about 8 months maybe 12. Now when I try to open the app it spins, I have updated my phone. Turned off and on nothing helps. Going back to pc to pay bill ?

Merrick Bank is absolutely Horrible & so is the app. Never works, can't sign in over half of the time. Wish I had something good to say, but there just isn't.

Registered account online. Figured it’d be easier to keep track of our RV loan through the app. WRONG! Cannot even log in through the app. Deleting this useless app ASAP.

Great card if you pay it back

I had two cards secure I always pay back in full also used the card in the dates after reporting So far the card works great no problems using the app,if you pay 2-3 days before or even on the due date there is really no issues my credit is finally at 670 and now you can get more picky about who you choose
