The app keeps hanging on login

App does not work

The new version of this app does not work at all. When you open it the screen is white. If your switch apps and come back the login screen is there. When you try to login it just keeps processing and never actually goes anywhere. Also the website is not working either. Since I have paperless billing I can’t see my account anywhere. Really terrible.

App is horrible. Have to input user name and password every time I log in. Also have to setup finger print mode every single time also. Even when I click “remember me” Worst app ever!! Fire everyone in software department!!!!!!
Credit Scores are not updated timely. Old information

I love Merrick Bank and I appreciate the work their app developers have been doing to spiff up the UX. That said, technology developed quickly — very much looking forward to the app being compatible with Face ID for users with newer iPhones.
No Face ID Support in App

Worst App in My Phone

This is undoubtedly the worst and most unreliable app that I have in my phone. It rarely remembers me, requiring me to log in. It often won’t open and appears to be loading endlessly. When I attempt to perform tasks, including logging in and making a payment, I repeatedly get an “Invalid Request” notice for no apparent reason. I’m glad that I have credit cards with other companies that I can readily recommend friends to use because apps are a big part of what many of my associates take into consideration and having a terrible one like this is a no go.
App won’t remember me.

Same problem every time I log in. Be sure to save your password (securely) so it’s easier to login. If you fail attempts too many times you get locked out and have to call a representative. Fix the bug. iPhone 6
