So many issues

Why does this keep saying phone distractions I don’t touch the phone, the cradle, I dint adjust the volume nothing while driving. I wait till I’m in park to touch the phone yet it’ll still says phone distraction. Also accelerating it says accelerating when I wasn’t. Please fix the issues
App needs a lot of work

This app is very inconsistent. I cannot express how frustrating it is to get a high number of phone manipulations when I rarely touch the phone while the vehicle is in drive. I am extremely careful when driving through neighborhoods and highways and still get a low score b/c of phone manipulations that I don’t know how they are calculated. I also get dinged for taking a call from my dispatch or support while my vehicle is pulled over and parked. Why??? Please fix your freaking app.
It’s not accurate at all

Garbage It is the most unusable app, with many Accurately issues it records events that never happened, For four days in a row my rating was excellent but the algorithm did not score me (0) on the fifth day I touched my phone while driving on purpose it gave me score negative. GARBAGE
Phone Manipulation??????

So Amazon maps is horrible. They use bing maps lol. Newer subdivisions aren’t there, roads that don’t exist, it’s crazy. I click start travel so I can try and figure out which way to go. If you don’t you think your going the right way and miss a road to turn on if your not carful. Some times I rush back to the van and click the screen by accident. I have to then click resume. That’s a phone manipulation????? I am not driving or anything. It’s such BS

Absolutely incorrect and false data

This app does not work. It repeatedly reports incorrect and absolutely false data. On my last trip , it stated that I had 11 seat belt off events. Which is completely false. No vehicle I drive moves an inch without my seatbelt being fastened about me. I treat seatbelt use as one of the most important things I can do in protecting myself and do not like that mentor is completely inaccurate on this data. In this regard, the app reports absolutely incorrect and false data stating that I drove with the seat belt off. The data is completely incorrect and whatever information collection method that is used to track seatbelt use is completely inaccurate and absolutely false. This is just one area in which it is inaccurate . There are numerous other issues with the app. I have submitted several support tickets on the inaccuracies, but the responses are dismal and demonstrate that the app creators really don’t care about the issues with their app. The mindset is that as long as they report something it’s ok, whether its true or not.

I don’t know how bonuses are counted at other locations, but at mine, it’s based on driver rating/score. That said, I’ve tried to be good... there are some days where I drive as “gently” as I can in a deliberate effort to keep things good, but somehow, I get marked for more things than I normally would from driving more aggressively. It makes no sense. Seriously, some of my best scores are on days where I drove as aggressively as I used to before the app started being used, and on days where I purposely try to reduce hard cornering, braking and acceleration, somehow I get hit even more? It makes no sense. This app is garbage.
