The driving score, developed by FICO™, is generated after each trip and over time using factors like speeding, phone use, hard braking, and sudden acceleration. Receive a score after every trip with key insights about where you had to use the brake too hard, drove too fast, or used your phone. It’s all measured using your phone’s GPS, gyroscope and other internal sensors. You will also find trending charts and comparison to the top 10% of drivers in your company. Short, interactive content will be prescribed to you in your playlist for you to take right on your phone while you are waiting for a meeting, in an airport or any time you have a few minutes to spare. (But, of course, never while driving!)

Wished I can give 0 stars mentor is a joke , never correct , always screws people over and over , this app is just a waste a time and money People who loses there job about this apps Feedback should finally start sueing this coming

Their is no way for a phone app or anything electronically to monitor human driving habits. That is all based on the driver themselves if they want to be safe or not and know better. I used this app just for fun for 3 months with my employees and it was the most disappointing results. I would not recommend this app to anyone purely because of inaccuracies. There is no such thing as technology for EVERY aspect of life and driving is one of them unless the car does it autonomously itself...

This app it’s ridiculous and stupid they don’t. Give you a break at all.. if phone doesn’t have a good magnet it falls and you get a freaking distraction and gets you like crazy for acceleration and hard breaking for almost anything specially when we driving a Ram van it gets after 3000 rpm and just a second and I swear I’m trying not to accelerate fast but when we don’t people right behind you gets angrier at the stupid driver because it’s our fault we have to drive like a grandma so we don’t get flag idk how can this company’s believe and this stupid app

The DSPs at my loc make their drivers feel like they have to put Mentor app on their personal phones and not work phone because they know this app is faulty and do not want to be liable. This is at DSR1 Amazon.

I agree with the other review. I use this app with a dsp and your score is supposed to increase when you have a good day and it has not. I also have had enough of the developers saying that the fault is with the device in the car not theirs. This is not correct and they refuse to acknowledge this and wont correct your score. They also only give you scripted responses as well and doesn’t answer anything you asked. I wish their was a better system in place to correct this or eliminate this system from driving because it doesn’t do anything else but give headaches to drivers and the dsp’s who have to deal with the horrible customer service and can’t even appeal anything.

Stole the title but the same applies. There are many tricks that one can do to circumvent many aspects of their flawed program but when you ask them a question it is always the same company line and a scripted response they send back. The app is at best a good way to track where you went that day before but seeing that and all the flaws this might be why Amazon is steering away from them. We don’t even do the DVIC checks in mentor anymore. They need to get away from thinking their app is all that and start making some serious changes that actually help the user company and the user driver or face being an Edsel, gone and forgotten.

I was on the expressway & going 50 mph and i got flagged for speeding and hard acceleration. This app is slow, dumb, stupid & a waste of time for all Amazon delivery drivers.

You have to keep your eye at the speedometer all the time to make sure you don’t go over and when you have to break you try to avoid it so it doesn’t show up and lower your score this is terrible

Worst driving app on the market ! It only tracks things you don’t do ! If you touch the phone nothing happens but if you don’t touch it you get flagged. If you speed nothing happens but if you drive perfect you get hard acceleration or hard cornering etc. and they do NOTHING about it besides not take ANY ACCOUNTABILITY! I hate to say it but can’t wait until Amazon DROPS them and they go out of business!
