Terrible sexist/discriminatory app and company

Hmmmmmhm

What and awful app/company that basically discriminates and is extremely sexist towards individuals that do the mentor ‘classes’. They also promote terrible driving habits and bad practices, just an awful company. Not only that but their app is just pure sh*t and never seems to work properly, they usually blame it on the vehicle or the driver but usually it’s a terrible app malfunction. Shame on this company, someone hire up needs to be fired for this terrible app. Update: and of course these developers don’t take responsibility for their terrible app because they believed it to be a perceived error if they are wrong. What a terrible organization and company, you people should be ashamed of yourself. No one likes your garbage app.

Absolutely terrible app. No way to contest incidents, even when the GPS is obviously completely off. Good luck driving rural routes and getting a perfect score.

I really don’t understand how this stupid app calculates our scores, I’m getting almost everyday SPEEDING and a few days DISTRACTION even I never touched my phone at all during work. I decided to test this app myself, I asked my DSP to assign me a few stop to test how honest is this app, I worked that day like a turtle, if speed limit is 35 mph, I do 30, if it’s 55 I go with 50… below speed limit!! that was my day. Next day while checking the app, I got marked again speeding ?!!

This app reports totally inaccurate info from a solid mounted phone in vehicle. It senses phone manipulations and things like hard cornering when parked. I have YouTube videos exposing this with live maps and synced times on phone. Update- Mentor, thanks for the reply to my review but sending me info on how to correct speeding events isn’t needed if you read my review. I have not had speeding issues.

Garbage app developed by morons who are clearly oblivious to how driving actually works

I drive for a DSP and this app is complete trash. It constantly needs updated in order to work and based on reading other reviews it seems that the idiots in charge of it have complete disregard for the users. It gives you an insanely low FICI score for 1 incident yet you can still have a 5 star trip. My DSP is now giving shifts out based on the score so if I lose shifts it will be the fault of this dumb app.

Whomever created this app. You can go screw yourself, so inaccurate and sensitive. This is the WORST APP EVER. Cant believe amazon relies on this piece of crap to tell how we're driving. Because no matter safe you drive this triggers and says you had bad acceleration or hard braking. This app should be abolished from existence.

Companies should not use this to judge employees

Like many of the other reviewers here my company uses the score from this app to determine schedules and how mush work a driver gets. Unfortunately this app is severely flawed. The most minor incidents can cause a drivers score to drop dramatically. For example if an animal were to dart in front of my vehicle and I slam on the brakes well according to the app I’m a bad driver and I get docked a large amount of points. If you have a route in a rural area where this happens often good luck.
