this app is literally causing people to lose their jobs at my company because of their low scores. FIX THE PHONE MANIPULATION THING. it’s ridiculous. you’re AMAZON. this app should be working flawlessly. seriously fix it. i know you guys don’t even read the reviews; because if you did you’d fix the app.

This app is not accurate. I can leave the phone in the cradle the whole time and it will still give me phone manipulations. It’s a good idea for an app but has too many flaws.

No matter what your problem is with this app you can guarantee the support team with do absolutely nothing but send you a generic ‘copy and pasted’ reply admitting absolutely no fault of their very poorly made app. What the point of even having a support team when they don’t support you at all? Amazon please choose a new company to work with.

This would work on a “ideal world”, I would love to meet the creators of this app and take them for a spin to the places that I have to drive and the traffic situation that I have to deal with.... please people, be realistic, I drive for amazon and this is a pain in the butt, we go to narrow streets where there is cars parked left and right and it is a two way street and lots of times we have to go on reverse.... or to turn around because there is no other way out..... we are driving extra large cars (“minivans”) not like the little cars that some companies send to map cities.... we have to use “reverse”.... and turn your car on and off every time you stop.... there’s is places that are safer than a police department it self. It is a stupidest app ever. Even if you drive like a 90 year old person.... you can’t still “do it right” Thank you useless creators of “MENTOR” app.

To avoid phone manipulations you not only have to put the app on a totally different device than the one you are using the flex app on, you cannot hit any bump in the road because the phone waking when shook by a gd bump in the road counts as a phone manipulation. Not only that but yesterday I got 3 hard cornering pins and it was on a straight highway, not even at a fricking turn? Fix this app because I’m tired of feeling afraid I’m going to lose my job to something that is crazy inaccurate and useless.

We did a test at our Location with ride alongs. Even without touching the phone at all during the course of our delivery routes. The app still detected 30 phone manipulations throughout the trip. We had thought this was happening due to all the pot holes and that looks accurate according to this test. It’s inconsistency to determine the difference between a pothole over a phone manipulation is causing a lot of complaints here.

This app is beyond garbage. The inaccuracy is ridiculous, I have been hit for making outgoing calls while the van was parked, engine off and to top it off, I was inside Canes for lunch eating which means I’m several feet away from the van but it still registers me as being in the van. I have been told that this is impossible because the app tracks the van movement. False, this app has flaw after flaw after flaw. This app needs to be dismantled and rebuilt with a more accurate system if they want to manage the drivers.
