It used to work

They have added FRICTION to using the app. First they want you to have to create an account. Than the don’t use location services. Then when you GI all get to choose your store, it never loads. It after 10 minutes.
Suggestion for lists

Like using the app and the ability to see stock available at my nearest store as well as those more distant. Would like to suggest the ability to move items on lists up and down so I’m reminded of my most important item at the top. Thanks.

I can design an app that functions better with 2 hours of YouTube training. Can’t even load a Lawn Care category… really?
Menards App almost as bad as the stores themselves

I honestly don’t know how Menards stays in business as nothing aside from advertising seems to function 1/2 as well as the real big box stores. Problem being, here in Northern MN, it’s them or nothing. Nothing may in fact be a better option. I spent over an hour trying to order, undo, redo, you name it today. I did an in store pickup order for Virginia, went all the way through the process and it gave me I-Falls as my pickup. Not exactly next door. I then tried for 30 minutes to get someone at Menards I-Falls on the line who could help reassign the pickup. After being disconnected from the proper department 4 times and giving up after the phone rang 50x, I got building materials to see if anyone was there. “Yep, she’s there, I know the phone is ringing, but she’s not picking up…” So, I have to have the part and have a family member driving through Virginia. I make a second order, confirm everything 3 times and purchase the parts a second time. I then get a “Please allow 12 hours for an email confirming when your order will be ready for pickup.” Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, I hope you are reading this and give us another option in the north country!
Broken app

I used to use the app a few times a month. But say the last 3 weeks the app is broken and wants me to sign in, create an account or skip but nothing works so I can’t even get int the app to use. Completely broken. Plz fix ASAP

About once a week or so, I glance at the folder I have this app in and see 50+ notifications, all from the Menards app - open the app and there is one new item - very annoying and misleading.

There are many things making this app not convenient The search engine is not working properly. If i search for ceiling fans it gives me exhaust ceiling fans and bulb light. The app doesn’t save your payment card. You just have to do the check out process everytime.

Stores are so very large aisles have numbers. Yet this app when you search for something it will not guide you to it in the store by aisle number or a map! I could not find a map? Sad I deleted I because it had no use!!
