Not super helpful

I like to have my route all planned out when hardware store shopping. This app does everything but actually tell you exactly where things are! It points on the map saying where it kind-of is. It says “oh, this plumbing thing you want to find? It is somewhere near the plumbing area obviously.” Pretty useless.

If you can find what you’re looking for it is pretty good; but the search function is useless unless you have the SKU number or Catalog number of the item you’re looking for. Browsing for what you’re looking for can take quite some time.
No access to credit center

There is a tab to reach the credit center and check yoir account status. However when you go there all you get is an advertisement to apply. It asks of you have sn account, click here: But there is no button to click! If you select the card it goes back the apply screen. Needs better programming. I agree with other comments on rebates. I have submitted several hundred dollars in rebates and have not received any. Tracking them is useless because i have received any responses. Feels like a bait and switch. Buyer beware.
Current rebate item search crashes

With the new update every time I do a search for current rebate items the app crashes when it tries to load the third page of items

Going from Home Depot’s app to this one is like going back in time. None of the items show current inventory status or where to actually locate them. Such a waste of time.

This app is terrible! And I haven’t been much more a fan of the store of late. The search feature doesn’t even seem to function in the simplest capacity, no matter how specific I get about what I’m searching for. The “show item in store” feature is useless too. If I need a very specific plumbing fixture for example, I don’t need the app to tell me it’s in the plumbing section… (and that’s if the search feature even gets me THAT far!) How about providing aisle and bay numbers like Lowe’s and Home Depot do? That may make some people’s skin crawl to hear those 2 names in comparison to this store, but at least they have something right. Follow the lead of those who have gotten it right, even if you don’t like them. You’re only hurting yourself and future business if you don’t. My actual rating was 0 stars.

Thisis aggravating
I WAS a regular user of this app all the time. I ALWAYS used it to estimate costs for projects and see what I could afford or budget for, compare the different types of materials for projects, etc. I already spend to much time walking and thinking in the store already. I’ve found so many different things on the app that I had no idea existed. No way anyone gonna do that with this crap… DELETE APP
Used to be a GLORIFIED Web link…now it’s just more crap that don’t work

I’ve HATED using any form of Menards app/web search for YEARS! Now I recall WHY! Seriously?!? How can a modern day company not have a WORKING app!?! Click the “sign in” button and it does NOTHING just sits there…waste of time as usual expecting BETTER out of this corporation… get BETTER already!
