Damaged item

juano4444

I purchased two lawn chairs from you and one of them was deformed in three places: the spring had been sprung, the fabric was shredding in the back brace was totally broken off. You requested that I send pictures and I have tried but there’s no email address that will except the pictures. I went to Menards to try to get help and she said I should contact you!!! They were unable to get the email through, as well. Help. ASAP

I hope you’re improving

tashtanovt

Hopefully you’re improving the app to be is standalone tool and not a glorified Menards website. It’s slow and lacking items imagery and UI is broken(some button-like components are covered by non-interactive components)

aweful

Kyle Buttermore

One of the worst apps i’ve ever used

So many notifications!

SGT5C

Yesterday my little red app icon notification counter said 73 messages. I opened the app to find I had one message. I deleted it and the red icon went away. Today, I get another notification that indicates I have 74 messages. I open it to find one and delete it. I don’t have any other issues with this app, but the inaccurate count of notifications on the app is a bit annoying. It just keeps incrementing from the last number it displayed instead of restarting the counter when you receive a new notification.

Ok app and rebates

JohnWayne6577

I don’t know why all the bad ratings on the app. I am a regular user for in store purchases and it works for me. Two areas that could use some work are item locations in the store and the search function. I have found the free guest WiFi in some stores to be very slow, so could account for some complaints. I rebate a lot and have always received my rebates. Rebate speed did take a hit with the 11% all the time but always come and getting better.

Bad customer service

Rolive77

I tried returning a simple item but the girl at the counter was so rude. Looked at me like I was a criminal. It was like $20 and she made m feel like I stole it. I will never come back and ill spread the word to my community and to your corporate office. It was a short red headed girl.

Customer service

bloomroofing matt

That was lacking from the workers didn’t seem to ask or help anyone came up with this not my side store and just avoided us . Menards Is great prices and had everything we needed to do a flat roof everything except dumpster and workers

Worthless map and lots of bugs

Lynx 73729

Add the specific row and shelf location to the items in the app instead of the worthless blob locator on the floor map. This will save your employees and shoppers time and frustration.

Can’t even log in to my account….

JerCon

App will not let me log in. Tried and tried. Deleted the app. Reinstalled. Always says try again later.

Transaction Error

J0NATHAN ASH

Staff at Mernards lied about refunding my money on my card to shop for exchange. I ask simply if it’s not refunded at the end of my shopping could they give me an in store credit. They graciously said yes but later resended on giving me a store credit on the money previously spent there. They canceled my transaction and hurried up and tried to concealed the proof of funds I paid via credit and debit from my card by deleting the transaction before I could record it. I was going to send my proof of payment to corporate because I didn’t feel right being lied to. Instead she deliberately deleted the amount I paid for my items and gave me what she wanted to. Also when I asked for a manager she brought me a regular employee posing as a manager to avoid getting in trouble. ? I understand that mistakes happen but attempting to hide mistakes to avoid being turned into corporate ranting you won’t put this online is wrong. ?Recording there malicious wrong doings made me even more suspicious when they became nervous and demanding I stop. All this over a lie told to me to make my shopping experience horrific and to protect the good lies they told me. Finally some employee profiled me pointed at some vehicle and asked “is that your broken down Ford explorer in the parking lot” as if I was some bum looking for an opportunity when in truth I’ve spent about 1K in the store on my remodeling projects and drive a much nicer vehicle. Perception is not the reality and prejudice is still alive. All previous encounters with Mernards was excellent until today. Something should be done about this.
