What a lousy service – MDLIVE Review

I downloaded the app and spent 20 minutes inputting everything into it including payment and insurance info and prescription info, only to be told after all it that they cannot service that specific type of issue. Why didn’t it just say so at the beginning when I selected the issue? Why put the user through all of that headache? A well-designed service and app would have made it simpler for the user/patient.
