Can’t you see by your recent ratings that the vpn is crap

When are you going to fix the vpn from blocking other apps from loading because the vpn takes forever to connect

Works great on my PC. VPN hoses my iphone internet. Have to reboot phone after turning off. Uninstalled for present as cause too many problems.
Unstable and poor tech support

I have an IPhone 11 Pro Max. Since This product was updated to include the vpn, I’ve had nothing but issues. The app either prompts me to set up and login although it’s already setup and I’ve logged in. Sometimes I cannot connect to the internet although my other devices that have the product have no issues. Tech support seems to be clueless. I get the same troubleshooting methods and then the escalation for the callback although my call is returning the callback. I am considering switching to Norton. McAfee in my experience has really declined in quality and reputation. Unfortunate and disappointing.

It always logs me out telling it had a new upgrade and when I try to log in I can’t I change my password and it still wont let me sign in and I already have a subscription and it keep saying ti start free

Constantly disables normal iPhone function. I’ve had to completely uninstall several times because it killed all forms of connectivity-WiFi and 5g. Slowed down gaming apps on iPad. Uninstalled from iPad forever. Frequently disabled itself and/or logged out. So then I have to go through the loop of logging into website, getting code, logging back into app, entering subscription, etc. Cheap, so I guess I got what I paid for.
