Got blocked for no reason at all! I had Match a long time ago and thought about giving it another try. I just signed up again but not as a paid Subscription. And people were sending me messages I can’t see because I am not a paid Member, so I can’t see their messages, and can’t reply to there messages unless you pay. I was trying to figure the app out, and I was Blocked for absolutely no reason at all! I called there customer service number and the lady said that I was going to get a email to unblock my account, I have not gotten any emails from match at all. So I called them back again and got another lady on the phone and she absolutely did not care at all. This time the customer service person said I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for someone to email me and fix this. I was just about to purchase a Subscription! Lucky I didn’t purchase anything from Match. Also why is it cheaper to purchase a subscription on the internet for $38? and on the app for $47? That’s just wrong for them to do that. Still waiting for Match to send me a email to unblock my account! Look at all the bad reviews on here about Match! Unfortunately what a terrible site it has turned out to be! Customer service is not good at all! A total wast of time.

Also don’t have all the profiles on phone app view. One by one is awful. On laptop can see an over view of all the profiles instead of one on one. Price is ridiculous and on par if not worse than tinder, hinge and bumble

I wasn’t expecting much when I first called a Match Dating Coach (once you pay for the premium service). However, the conversation and advice exceeded my expectations! I had so much fun on the phone with Omni which made me really happy to be a Premium member of Match. The advice was excellent and makes me confident in making genuine connections on Match. Their Dating Coaches are truly there for you. I recommend this app and taking the time to make your profile for people who are looking to make a connection!

Bring back iPad support please. Most recent version is not usable on iPad iOS 13.x

Many users are dissatisfied with this application since version 20.08.00 when they removed iPad support. Match customer care is substandard. They take 2 plus weeks to respond. Their questions are irrelevant to the opened incident. In the end they do not even understand the issue. The bad reviews are recent they are hiding them. Sort by most recent. They updated the application April 2020. Since then it is completely useless on the iPad. The screen is a small rectangle in the middle of the screen. Looks like they forgot to program this for tablets and only concentrated on cell phones. The QA for this application is horrible. Second the application no longer works in landscape view (holding table sideways). You can only use this app in the vertical view. This has been a downhill race between the developers and those that run the way match operates. Good features have been replaced with useless ones. One used to be able to directly chat with people. That is gone now. Winks are replaced with likes. Email is now some kind of chat session. One cannot see sent items orderly. Inbox and sent items are one. It is impossible to keep track of communication this way. Let’s see who buries match into the dustbin of history their developers or their operations group. Never mind their customer care is horrid. They don’t even look at their incidents instead they “match” keywords. What a disaster this service has become!! Apparently there is only one person that works in the match customer care department.

I’m only on day 3 of this app and it has been very disappointing so far. I paid for the 6 month subscription because you can’t really do anything without it. It seems a bit glitchy sometimes. For example: it said I matched with someone that I had not even seen yet. So this person thought that I had liked their profile and was interested and they were trying to message me. I understand you can use a dating coach and the reviews on them are good but the majority of profiles I see clearly need to use them. Most pictures are blurry, you can’t even tell what the person looks like or they will just have one photo. I’ve used other dating apps where most people use much better quality pictures. I hope it gets better, but at this point I would say don’t waste your money.
