Bring back iPad support please. Most recent version is not usable on iPad iOS 13.x – Match: Dating & Relationships Review

Many users are dissatisfied with this application since version 20.08.00 when they removed iPad support. Match customer care is substandard. They take 2 plus weeks to respond. Their questions are irrelevant to the opened incident. In the end they do not even understand the issue. The bad reviews are recent they are hiding them. Sort by most recent. They updated the application April 2020. Since then it is completely useless on the iPad. The screen is a small rectangle in the middle of the screen. Looks like they forgot to program this for tablets and only concentrated on cell phones. The QA for this application is horrible. Second the application no longer works in landscape view (holding table sideways). You can only use this app in the vertical view. This has been a downhill race between the developers and those that run the way match operates. Good features have been replaced with useless ones. One used to be able to directly chat with people. That is gone now. Winks are replaced with likes. Email is now some kind of chat session. One cannot see sent items orderly. Inbox and sent items are one. It is impossible to keep track of communication this way. Let’s see who buries match into the dustbin of history their developers or their operations group. Never mind their customer care is horrid. They don’t even look at their incidents instead they “match” keywords. What a disaster this service has become!! Apparently there is only one person that works in the match customer care department.
