I don't think the match did there app right. 1 is how can you see more of the app/webpage when your not paying than when you do all the searches. The things to help you are not there when you start a subscription than if you don't have one I don't know why that is. If someone willing to pay to try it why not give them the same as the available free of charge plus more.

Awful technology and worse customer service

I paid $44 2 days ago and the app is still not working correctly. Uploaded photos 4 times, emailed customer service 4 times, several password resets with no results. Frustrating! Bumble is better!

Be ready to spend-spend-spend if you want to communicate with anyone. Signing up is free, but once you’re notified that someone has “liked” you, you won’t have the ability to see their profile until you pay to upgrade to a paid subscription. Then, once you subscribe, you can see and write to people that you’re interested in... but they can’t write to you if they don’t have a paid subscription... of course you can again **pay** an extra fee which allows recipients the ability to write you back. These fees all decrease in price exponentially if you purchase multiple months of service, but you have to be ready to purchase all of the months up front. Hope you’ve got room on your Visa card... you’re gonna need it!

Although my filters are set, my inbox is overflowing with people not within those filter settings. When I swipe, I’m shown people not within the filtered settings. There’s no way to view ONLY the people I’ve “matched” with. And the filter that shows who I have “liked” (not necessarily matched with), is FULL of people I did not like, nor even saw their profiles to begin with. Complete waste of money, as I don’t even want to use the app or the site because it’s too difficult to sort through.
