Premium benefits are fake - there will be no views from those very expensive boosts. Messages are fake - Match sends fake messages to you shortly after your subscription ends in the hopes you’ll pay up again. You can’t tell if your messages have been read. When you do sniff out the rare real profile it’s obvious they haven’t been active since the recession.

Match.com is a GOLD DIGGER!!! these guys have THE MOST RIDICULOUS pricing strategy and good for them for taking advantage of capitalization, but after my three months are up, I'm out like a fat kid in dodgeball.

They outsource to Mexico or somewhere where they speak Spanish I don’t speak Spanish so be careful if you want to talk to customer service lol very bad communication. Bad customer service service equals a crappy app. My password was not recognizing multiple times due to a VPN issue —get it together match.com— we’re in 2022 everyone has a VPN on their phone. Then apparently my password was blocked because of censorship rules? F off match.com. There weren’t even a lot of paid users on the site in my area so no one was able to send messages it was just a dead space. Good luck Matchers!

You can set your preferences to “everyone” but as a woman, all I see are men. I’ve unlocked and relooked all of the options, but nope. Just men.

I just signed up and it’s not completely intuitive so somehow I have used my “super likes without even knowing or even knowing that if I swipe left or right it means different things so already I have used all my likes on people I don’t have interest in and there is no way to reach somebody to restore my super likes which I didn’t even know I used? If you want to charge money, don’t you think it’s fair to provide a usable service? Wouldn’t it be a little bit more on the table to say that the app is free but the functionality of it is not? Now I read more of the negative reviews and I find that this dating site is populated by fake profiles? Ugh it seems the developer does not have much of a conscience. Heartless love app.
