Not much luck with customer service

I purchased 2900 hero points ($20), didn’t receive the items, was billed for them, sent an email to customer support, haven’t gotten a reply in over 72 hours. Otherwise, the game was fun to play. So much fun that I tried to buy something so I wouldn’t lose hero covers. Now I’ve lost hero covers and $20. Won’t make that mistake again.

Developers made new events to prevent using same strong teams over and over. Really makes you have to try new teams which in my opinion is a great change adding new life to the game.

New update nickels and dimes longtime players

DP3A added shards to nickel and dime character pack releases we used to just get for reaching level milestones for champion 3*. They also replaced legendary packs with inferior mighty packs when leveling champions. Way to screw longtime players DP3. I get Doom to level 219 and instead of getting Invisible Woman I get 100 shards. I get Colossus to level 210 and instead of getting Wolverine (X-Force) I get 50 shards. Wow.... And the retroactive shard bandaid didn’t fix squat. A thinly veiled attempt to placate long term players. How about returning champion rewards to their previous state and allowing us to earn full character packs through playing the game. After all, if people don’t play the game they won’t be around to purchase your weekly promotions.

Great recent changes, great support

The new shards system makes the game more fun and less frustrating. A fun and addictive game that rewards steady participation. The community and support are also great.

This game used to be good. Now it’s become trash. Getting part of a cover as a reward is ridiculous and they have lowered the drop rate for 5*’s. This game is the only one I’ve played for over 4 years but I think the greed of the company has destroyed its overall rewards and the enjoyment level of the game. It used to be a solid 4-5* game but now it’s 1 at best.

Enjoyable despite failings.

PvP needs redone as you fight the same 3-4 characters every battle. If they fixed that by making balance changes, banned those characters and making brackets without 4* characters it would be much better. And then they could shorten the number of times you had to complete PvE events. It’s currently very tedious. They also make it very difficult to collect the best(5*) covers despite the large number of them. Still a very fun game and the design team does a great job.

Getting tired of the mathematically impossible things the game does to you. No sense of fairness at all. What’s the point of spending my time upgrading just to get screwed over.

I downloaded this on a total win. I love this game more than anything I have played on my phone. It’s awesome. I play it everyday and full missions. It’s takes me most of the day popping in and out. You can do in app purchases or they are pretty generous with giving out freebies in the game. So it’s worth a download.

Great for fans of Marvel and match’em

Super fun if you like the Candy Crush type match games. They have almost every fan fav heroes and villains to use. This one all your characters have powers and the graphics are awesome. The devs listen to feedback and just try it.
