Not much luck with customer service – MARVEL Puzzle Quest: Hero RPG Review

I purchased 2900 hero points ($20), didn’t receive the items, was billed for them, sent an email to customer support, haven’t gotten a reply in over 72 hours. Otherwise, the game was fun to play. So much fun that I tried to buy something so I wouldn’t lose hero covers. Now I’ve lost hero covers and $20. Won’t make that mistake again.
