Impressed at the change
Big Softie02C5

The devs recently made a decision that truly hurt the entire population of the game. After an enormous amount of feedback from they player base they reverted and made the community whole. Very impressed with the willingness to listen and change.

Thank you for listening. I really have a lot of respect for you guys

Fun game

A recent rewards update was not well received by the playerbase. The devs listened to lots of feedback and quickly implemented an update in response to players’ comments. Much appreciated, especially considering it being so close to the holidays.

Devs do listen well done. Past feeders allowed us as players to acquire next level characters for free. D3 has been stingy as of late to release them and with this update they decided to finish all of the ones that haven’t been fed yet. As a player base we were very excited about this. With this update came a new method of feeding called shards. Which is a nice way to acquire neutral colored covers. With the feeders we received significantly less than what would typically be given and it’s sad tbh. We as a player base spend a lot of our hard earned money into this game and the significance of a few extra covers doesn’t make a big difference tbh. But it’s just another way that D3 seems to screw over the top players that help build this game. D3 could easily give these covers out to appease the player base and it would make a very little impact on the game.... what gives D3?

Fun, but a rocky ride

This is a fun game. There are periodic questionable decisions by the dev team. Some get resolved appropriately, some don’t.

Worth a download. Very addicting and fun.

A fun game
Ygael

The overall game is fun, the social aspect of the game when connecting with good Alliances on LINE adds to the entertainment. Pros: There is a variety of interesting teams There are two game play modes PVE and PVP (they are very different and the way to advance your roster is to play PVE at the correct times) The developers seem open to listening to the player base when negative changes that a good portion of the players disagree with. The devs keep coming up with ways to combat dilution so that newer players are able to progress (the methods keep changing and they do have mixed results, but for the most part you can tell that there is an attempt at balancing the monetization with the roster progress of newer players) Cons: PVE is the way to grow your roster and you have to do this at very specific times. The developers have yet to come with a solution to make either the times when players are forced to play more abundant. Dilution is still a real issue. It will take you over three years to start arriving at the truly competitive level and you will have to spend money to get there an average of $1.50 per day played if you do it strategically. Advice: Do not join just a public alliance. Join a public alliance that is active. Go to the forums for the game, discord or LINE and ask for advice on how to advance your roster. Do not just follow the first piece of advice that is given to you. Analyze critically and listen to opposing point of views on how to play better. If you just want a mindless pastime approach the game that way.

Retro awards addressed, but....

The recent change of the reward system to shards is still inferior to the previous bonus hero system. Throttling rewards is a long time aspect of this game from the dev side, 4 & 5* covers are over-valued given the number of characters released (nearly 90 4*s now and almost 40 5*s), and the reliance on RNG to cover those characters. This updated shard system is just another avenue to do that. They can promote it as targeting a specific character, but it’s slow and predicated on pulling/spending. It still does nothing to address the dilution problem players face in the 4 & 5* tiers. There’s no replacement for CP and HP rewards lost to this new scheme, which cuts into potential pulls. Credit where it’s due, they responded to player complaints about the first batch of retroactive rewards and added a second phase that delivered more. They fixed a mess of their own making. It remains to be seen if they improve their communications and information strategy with the community.

Poor customer service
jace, the mindsculptor

Poor customer service. Addressed issues of bullying and sexual harassment done by players in their forum about a female. Case was ignored and dismissed. When screenshot of the the names and teams that did it.

5 years and still playing daily

Day 1,842 of playing consistently. This game is so fun and addictive. You don’t have to spend money to play but when a good deal pops up it’s worth it to me. I’m in a good routine now where I’m winning all the new character covers and winning enough gold for roster slots. There’s enough to keep you interested and entertained for years?. Also as a female it’s cool knowing all the marvel characters on a “personal” level.. making watching the movies relevant for someone who isn’t a HUGE comic fan. Fun for both guys and gals
