Cannot open the app overseas

I've been using the app for a while and it's been OK overall. However, I'm super annoyed that the app is completely unusable when I travel and any amount I deposited is locked and there's no way to initiate a transfer.

I can’t tell you how many times I tried logging into my account, only to receive an error message of ‘we are experiencing technical issues, try again later.’ It was like clockwork. I just started logging on the the mobile site which seemed to operate just fine. Due to this, I will not open a hysa with them because this app is trash.

Just does stuff really well. Pleased with security, thoughtful and functional UI, service (only time I needed them) was super responsive. Highly recommend for SMBs (and frankly anyone else).

Inaccessible while traveling abroad

App is simple to use, but I find issue with not being able to access account transfer and documents while traveling abroad. Receive message stating thank you for your interest in Marcus, but we don’t currently service the country you’re in. Very inconvenient if needing to make a transfer or retrieve documents. All three of my other bank accounts allows access for transfers and documents while traveling abroad.
