I don’t know what is going on but every time I log into it it for about a month now it is saying “we are working on something, check back later”. It doesn’t show all my deposit or interest amounts but it shows my debits twice. Please fix! This has been going on long enough!!
There’s no option to cancel a transfer. Transfer posts Immediately but still takes 10 days to post? Ridiculous. On top of that the app always reads (technical error) when I log in randomly throughout the day or night. Had I known the transfers would take just as long I would of just stayed with the competitor I was with before.
Wish I could set a goal for saving for a house or car and a visual was create for me to see how close I am to that goal. Ex: 18% of Goal reached shown with a bar graph.
More often than not when I try to use the app it says “we are having some technical issues”. I preferred Clarity money so much more, a great app ruined.
How long will we have to wait to get details on a Marcus checking product? Let alone have access to one? You seem to be getting left behind on the fintech product marketplace. People need a checking account to complement the other products you offer that they have. Please provide an update of some sort.
This loan was a great option
This company is awful, as is their app. Every time I try to make a payment, it glitches and then apparently takes the payment. I can’t wait until this is paid off so I can say goodbye and good riddance
