Music stops

I really love this app but in the past few months my music always stops in the first 10 min. I have to go into the app and reset the music.
Sync issue?

Use to be able to sync flawlessly with my iPhone 6 and Apple Watch 3. Both have the latest versions of Apple’s software. Don’t know what happened after the update of Map My Runs software, but it’s kind of useless if it doesn’t sync with my Apple Watch. I dropped Runkepper for this very issue. I’d hate to do that with this app. All in all it’s a great app but it seems to have hit a road block. I hope that it will be corrected soon. I have gotten a response from, I believe the devs, and was told to try the latest update for Map my Run. I have updated to its latest version and will be using this today, 4/20/2018, and see if it has remedied the sync issue. As per tech support, I have uninstalled the app for it only to work one day. Went for a run today and the sync issues have returned. Sadly, I feel I'll have to look for a different running app. I’ve used this app for about 2-3 years. Perhaps when the issues are sorted I can use it again.
It was working with my Apple Watch but...

I was loving the app but after a few running workouts it stop working. I install, delete and installed again the app but still didn’t sync the workouts that I did with my Apple Watch. So disappointed.

I used this app to prepare for a 5k only to discover, while running the race, that the app had been overestimating my distances by about half a mile per actual mile run. I was so disappointed. I am deleting the app as it can’t gauge my distance properly.
Voice prompts

Since I updated the app yesterday the voice prompts stopped working. Nothing has changed in my settings, I verified they are still turned on and restarted the app. No prompts during my run today. Seems you have a new bug to fix.
For what I wanted it's great.

This is only my second time using this app, so I haven't looked into all the features. But I've started running daily now, and it tracks what I wanted it to track: miles ran and time it took. I like that I can document how it was at the end, it's a nice touch. Eventually I'll be able to see how it was at the start vs. the present. Hopefully that'll be somewhat motivating. For a simple and easy to use app, yes, this one works well.
