Does not track my distance

11nae1614

I switched from another app to Map my Tun because I was having trouble with GPS. And Map My Run has the same issues. The first three or four runs were tracked and after that only the time was tracked. I attempt d to get support but it was not helpful. If you are trying to track your distance I do NOT Recommend this app

Frustrated!!

I’ve had this app for over a year. It was working fine. I didn’t use it for awhile, but when I came back to it, I couldn’t remember my password. I sent it to my email to reset it. I reset it and it still wouldn’t log me in. Some how after resetting it got to where I could see my old posts on and tried to log in that way and it just brought me back to the login home screen. I tried using Facebook and it says it doesn’t recognize Facebook yet my picture on the account changes to my new Facebook picture I post 3 weeks ago. There is no customer service where you can email or call and when I try to re-register it says I already have an account. This is very annoying as most apps are through Armour yet when you have issues there’s no help! I deleted the app and will hopefully find another/better app/company!! SO VERY ANNOYED & DISAPPOINTED!

Still lacking on Watch

PorkbuttNBigGreenEgg

I have Series 2 Watch and have been using the Watch app with phone for a long time. I was excited to finally be able to get rid of the phone, but now I am going back to carrying it. There is a problem with the pace. The Watch app tells me I’m averaging 5 to 7 minute miles (I wish) when I’m running more like 9:30 minute miles. It’s not the phone gps because the total miles and time is spot on. The app just can’t do the division for some reason. My wife has the Series 3 Watch and has the same issue. Come on UA, please get this fixed.

Distance and pace whacked

Have been using this app for years and while an occasional miscue it was the best. The last few times I have used to track, my walking, I was dazzled that I am now walking a 4:57 minute mile. Today I used the time to rough guess the distance. Please fix this ASAP as it is pointless to use the app if not even close to being accurate.

Great ap

Very very very very very very aggravating to have ads pop up but I’m trying to finish my run wish this would stop fighting it stop?

Been slacking recently

I use MapMyRun for just about every workout whether running or even just core workouts. Recently on my runs, the distances have been all out of whack. It’s saying I’m running my mile around 7:15. I have never in my life run a mile faster than 7:30 and trust me, I know I’m not running any faster than normal. If anything, I’ve been slower recently. Very odd. Also, what happened to the free $40 off of a $100 order from Under Armour if you reached so many workouts in a month? That was a nice little perk for busting your tail on the workout grind. Not overly important, just didn’t see any communication about it. I don’t really use the app for much more than tracking workouts but it’s unfortunate to see the distance bug recently. I really like having something to accurately tell me how I’m doing and it just hasn’t the past few runs. Hopefully it can be fixed.

Start/stop touchy

Getting back into running after taking time off for an injury. Have noticed since I started up again, that the start workout button and end workout button are not very sensitive. I have to tap it 3, 4, 5 times to get it to start. This, of course, messes up your own start time when you start running as you hit the start button and you get in 15, 20, or 30 steps before Runkeeper engages and, of course, at the end of the run four, five or six times having to hit the pause workout button screws up your timing again. Still keeps a reasonably accurate track of the run when it is engaged.

Inconsistent and Faulty

madmomrunner

I run 3x a week and every single time I run with this app since the last update it drops off and stops tracking my distance and pace. I’m trying to train for a race and this is a horrible way to do it.

Bummed after most recent update

Mn mom on the run

I have used this app for the past two years and have loved it, until the most recent update. Now when I go for a run it doesn’t track properly making zigzag patterns over my run routes and making it impossible to accurately track my runs. ? if I can’t get it to work properly I may need to switch to a new app
