I think this app is good, but needs some improvements! I started a 5K plan and on the very last day, the entire training plan disappeared from my app. The only way I could get it back was to start another plan. Who wants to check off 50 runs and then be unable to check off their raceday? I've been using the half marathon plan for a while and the first two intervals repeat themselves on the second run every week. It's extremely frustrating.

I have to reinstall the app to reconnect to a heart rate monitor. I’ve done this with three different iPhones and 2 different brands of heart rate monitors… my heart rate monitors connect just fine to other apps. I haven’t gotten any support on this even after I’ve reached out multiple times. Very disappointing. This would be a great app if they fixed the connection issue with the heart rate monitor.

i’ve been using this app for a while but I re-downloaded it and for some reason it always says “bike ride” when I haven’t even selected anything not to mention that I can even choose the activity anymore.

I have used this for a year since UA discontinued Endomondo. I have reported issues several times with the training plans and none of the issues have been resolved. The timing is always off by several minutes even on short runs which I think is the reason the distances are always off too. The timing issue may also be connected to my other complaint that during the training sessions the first interval announcement is repeated and for the rest of the intervals continue to be off by one but the intervals themselves are correct. I get responses that they are sorry I’m experiencing this and their team is working on it but nothing is ever fixed. I will be discontinuing my paid subscription and look for another app. Endomondo May have had its issues but it was a far better product. I want Endomondo back.

I have used this app since 2007. In this latest update a lot has gone wrong! I used to be able to mirror MapMyRun to my Apple Watch which was great. I was able to glance at my wrist and see how long I’ve been running and glance at my phone to see if I was in my “target zone” pace wise being that I bought hovr shoes specifically for this reason. Recently you all have taken this ability away. Now I am told to log my run on my watch (which has no knowledge of my plan) and then associate that logged run with the plan. This is horrible for so many reasons. Logging on my watch first of all does not meld well with the shoes I bought to pair with the app for starters. Second the fact I now have to go back and associate a run with a plan I paid for when I didn’t use to have to do that is ridiculous. Another thing that has changed with this recent update.. I have removed MapMyRun from my watch when I run so I can have it running on my phone and not locking up my watch so I can use Apple run on my watch to track my heart rate. THEN when I go to work out I restore map my on my watch so I can again record my heart rate this time directly to mapmy... it is all so ridiculous! You have made this so user unfriendly. Another thing that came with this recent update... I’m not sure what happened but now when I track a planned run, usually it tells you at all your markers “run for 1 minute and a 12 min/mile pace” well the last two workouts I’ve had this has messed up considerably! So now I have to pay extra close attention to what the plan is for fear of the app messing up. In other words with this app I can no longer just go run and be guided I may as well not even have the app anymore to be honest it has become a hinderance. I really with you all would correct this.

Tracking is off. Coaching is one interval behind! I want you to tell me what I’m supposed to do next not what I just did. Please fix
