Terrible

Tampa parent 123

Very glitchy. Password sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. Can sometimes upload from mobile, sometimes not. Last year, it worked with Apple devices, this year, only PC…it’s a mess.

It’s ok

It’s ok i guess

Login 2x for 2 kids at different schools??

sv magnus

I can’t believe that I have to log out and log back in for my two kids who go to different schools when both schools use the app!

Update Needed

Doradoloco

Once you enter the correct login credentials nothing happens. This app is in need of an update.

Really awful

Constant login problems last year, won’t work at all this year. I’ve tried changing the password, uninstalling/reinstalling, etc. I’m busy trying to get to school and can’t spend 10 or 15 minutes troubleshooting the app. Luckily I’m a teacher so they’re going to let me in.

Can I give zero stars?

The worst. Can’t log in. Totally user-unfriendly. Really stressful first day of school, trying to figure out why my randomly generated user name and password aren’t being accepted. Do better or take your app off the market, because it’s useless.

Not a stable platform

After using Magnus to complete all of our kids health forms prior to the start of school, Magnus then tanked on the 1st day of school. Both online and app access indicated that our account was “Disabled” which ( in their embarrassingly self sabotaging logic) not only prevents you from logging in but precludes you from any opportunity toward resetting your credentials? Brilliant! With dozens of parents and children queued up for COVID protocol validation, Magnus helped to create (as another reviewer said) the worst first day of school ever! Not an easy feat in the annals of our family.

If i could give this app zero stars I would

This is what happens when a software development company offers crappy salaries - they get crappy developers who lack basic knowledge of software engineering and end up making a mess of the simplest applications. This is the most frustrating health check app I’ve ever run, and having three kids in three different schools I’ve seen several ways to manage students health and covid 19 checks, none as bad as this mobile disaster. If I had to pick one issue to describe what’s wrong with this app, it would be the credential management. Passwords stop working sometimes. Then we have to ask the school’s health admin for a “reset” link, which is only valid for one hour. Click on it accidentally when you didn’t mean to and close the browser, then it’s gone, link can’t be reused. You change credentials, set up a new password - but guess what, this only changes the password for your mobile app; on the web login you still use the old password. Good god, what a mess, how do I convince the school to pick a different app?

Sir?

annoying_dog

I need to see your magnus app sir.

From a students view.

,STICK MAN WEARDICK XD lol

I can’t get over how frustrating this app is to use everyday. I am a high school student and restricted off my phone from 10:30pm-7am and this application is due at 7:20am before school which means I get up at six and it takes me almost an hour to get ready due to another sibling I have. It’s decently organized and they know what their doing but for someone with strict parents and who is being rushed out of the house every single morning by there mother. It’s un - bearable and just straight challenging to use in a twenty minute time frame. If it where more situated in a two click process and your done after the questions rather then having to scroll through every single answer I would be able to get to school and be there on time much more efficiently. The assignment should be there as a open option right when you open the app from your finger. With regards that this is for safety reasons I would love for this application to have more faster ways of filling out the form. To make this easier for students and family in usage of this program.
