I go to the Covid screening and can’t scroll the questions. And the credentialing is weird - there’s no reason to have a separate set of credentials from my other Magnus account. This is poorly designed.

Something happened in late January 2021 that broke the scrolling for the Covid questions. Not sure if it was a Magnus update or an Apple update. Basically, if you go in to answer the 5 Covid questions, it is nearly impossible to scroll to questions 4 and 5.

*2/2/21 Update* I’ve just rec’v message from Magnus staring, “We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We have identified an issue with the mobile app which may prevent iPhone users on an iOS version prior to 13.0 from scrolling down when completing their daily screening questionnaire. We advise all parents to ensure their phones are updated to the latest iOS version from Apple as well as the most recent version of our mobile app from the App store. This does not impact Android users. Our team is investigating this issue and we hope to have a resolution in place as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can also submit COVID Attestations using your school’s alternate protocol.” My iPhone software is up to date iOS 12.5.1. I cannot buy a new phone in order to use the Magnus app. Hopefully, they will come up with a solution. 1/29/21 After the new updates made a few days ago, I cannot move through the COVID-19 questions within the app! I move my finger to advance to the next question, but it doesn’t go—all it can do is the screen keeps getting larger! I have to continually tap-tap-tap-tap-tap-tap my finger on the screen for something/anything to happen such as moving along the questionnaire in order to get to the last question. I have to use the COVID-19 form for my son’s school, in order for him to go to school. Please fix this issue. On Fri, 1/29/21, I called your helpdesk and they don’t know when it will be resolved. Every time there is a new update, the app doesn’t work. I hope my school finds a better and reliable app to use.

“Supper old iOS versions??” Seriously? Not downloading that until this sounds like it wasn’t written by a third grader, and I have to use this app daily.

First of all, I don’t have biometrics enabled on my phone, so I have to type in my username and password every time I login. I understand needing to reenter my password each day, but it won’t even autoload my username! Also, they need to make it so when you finish your Covid form (that my kids’ school requires every day) it takes you back to the main landing page. I have to back out of multiple pages to get to my next kid’s form. It’s very unsophisticated and clunky for an app in 2021! Do better, Magnus!

Touch login is enabled...what about face login? Why not have a simple button of “Yes” or “No” instead of clicking each of the 11 “Yes” or “No” questions and fiddling with the super-sensitive scrolling wheel?!? It is almost like this app tries to annoy me first thing in the morning.
